Q: When will I receive my order?                                                                                       
A: Your order if in stock, will usually ship within 48 hrs. to 72hrs. Should your item be out of stock you will be sent an e-mail notification of ship date.                                                                                                
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If you want us to  ship international please e-mail your address with item # and we can check for the best shipping method.

Q: Can I pick up my item at one of your stores?                                                     
A: Yes, choose (Will Call) for the shipping type and  go to the about us page and check to see our adress info. Send an e-mail or call first to make sure we are prepared for your visit.
